Tell us about the space
Address, floor, roughly how many people. We'll walk it, count what's actually there, and put a real number in writing. No allowances that get revised later.
Request a site walk or a quote
The more you can tell us about the building and the timeline, the more useful the first reply will be.
Prefer to talk it through? Call (646) 846-2276, Monday to Saturday, 7am to 7pm.

Where we work
Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx and Staten Island, plus Long Island and northern New Jersey. Most jobs are on your site, not ours.
Insurance
$2,000,000 general liability, blanket additional insured. Agent on call — certificates typically issued within 24 hours, for unlimited concurrent projects. Send us the holder details and building requirements.
Bidding a project?
Send the tech drawings, the Division 27 spec section and the schedule. You'll get back a scoped number with inclusions and exclusions written out. See low voltage contracting.
From this form to a number you can act on
We call you back
Usually the same working day. A few questions about the building, the access and the timeline — enough to know whether we need to see it.
We walk the space
Ceiling type, existing pathways, where the comms room is, what's really above the tiles. Photos and measurements, not a guess over the phone.
You get it in writing
A scoped quote with the count, the cable category and the exclusions stated — so you can compare it against anyone else's honestly.
We schedule around you
Building rules, freight windows and after-hours access handled before the crew mobilises. COIs filed before anyone badges in.
Before you get in touch
How quickly will I hear back?
Usually the same working day if you reach us Monday to Saturday between 7am and 7pm. If it's urgent — a floor down, a room failing before a board meeting, a building deadline — call rather than filling in the form. The phone gets a person.
What should I have ready?
The building address and floor, roughly how many people or how many drops, and your timeline. If there's a fit-out under way, the tech drawings and the furniture plan. If your building has a COI requirement or restricted work hours, mention it now — that shapes the schedule and the price more than anything else in NYC.
Do you charge for a site walk?
No. Walking the space is how we produce a number we'll stand behind, so it's part of quoting rather than something billed separately.
Do you handle security cameras or access control?
No — we self-perform communications scope, CSI Division 27. Cameras, access control, intrusion and fire alarm sit under Division 28 and go to a security or fire alarm contractor. We'll run the pathways their cable needs and coordinate with them on site.
